Access Talent Group are currently working with a medium sized consultancy who are looking to expand their team in their Glasgow office by bringing on a Senior Structural Engineer to expand out their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get on board and get the chance to grow with the consultancy as well as make your way up through the ranks of the team.
In this role you will have a bursting pipeline where you can work on mixture of exciting projects, from high-rise accommodations, historical buildings, MOD based work and projects in the public sector. It is the perfect opportunity for you to make your next step in your career, with very quick progression possible through the ranks. You will work in varied team sizes with people of your level of experience, less and more, with the possibility of having your own technician to work closely with in the future. This is also a very collaborative consultancy with the Civil, Structural, Energy and MEP teams all working closely together.
To be considered for this role:
- Be an experienced Structural Engineer
- Able to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
- Project experience in residential and commercial design
- Have a passion to drive your career forward
- Be Chartered with ICE or IStructE or actively working towards it
You will be offered a market leading salary, as well as a generous holiday allowance of 33 days without losing any at Christmas! There is also the opportunity to buy more holiday and you actually pay a smaller percentage into you salary but this consultancy will pay 5% in. Yearly memberships will be paid for yourself and you can choose if you want to do ICE or IStructE, either way you will be fully supported.
