Revit MEP Technician Building Services

Key Requirements: Technical qualification (degree or diploma preferred). Minimum 2 years of Revit MEP experience. Preferable experience with Navisworks, COBie data, and ISO 19650. Must reside locally with own transport and valid driver’s license. Immediate or short-notice availability. Right to work in the UK. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with design engineers to develop Revit MEP models. Produce 2D design drawings in line with RIBA Work Stages 1-5. Coordinate MEP services with building structures. Implement ventilation, heating, cooling, drainage, and electrical systems. Manage drawing files and document control. Maintain company Revit and CAD standards.
