Key Requirements:
- Technical qualification (degree or diploma preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of Revit MEP experience.
- Preferable experience with Navisworks, COBie data, and ISO 19650.
- Must reside locally with own transport and valid driver's license.
- Immediate or short-notice availability.
- Right to work in the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop Revit MEP models.
- Produce 2D design drawings in line with RIBA Work Stages 1-5.
- Coordinate MEP services with building structures.
- Implement ventilation, heating, cooling, drainage, and electrical systems.
- Manage drawing files and document control.
- Maintain company Revit and CAD standards.
- Work with Revit schedules and Dynamo scripts.
- Training provided as needed.
