The Role

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll work directly with private clients, architects, and specialist contractors on bespoke new-build and refurbishment projects. You\’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning to final account, with the backing of a global business and the autonomy of a specialist team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
  • Prepare cost plans, tender packages, and procurement advice
  • Administer JCT and bespoke client contracts
  • Manage valuations, variations, and cash flow forecasts
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and site-based professionals
  • Deliver high-quality, detail-focused commercial advice at every stage

About You

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to prime or high-end residential projects
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing role with high standards of delivery
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and JCT contracts
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently within a small team
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (RICS desirable)
