The Role
This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll work directly with private clients, architects, and specialist contractors on bespoke new-build and refurbishment projects. You\’ll be involved throughout the full lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning to final account, with the backing of a global business and the autonomy of a specialist team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
- Prepare cost plans, tender packages, and procurement advice
- Administer JCT and bespoke client contracts
- Manage valuations, variations, and cash flow forecasts
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and site-based professionals
- Deliver high-quality, detail-focused commercial advice at every stage
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to prime or high-end residential projects
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role with high standards of delivery
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and JCT contracts
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently within a small team
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (RICS desirable)
