Key Responsibilities:

  • Variations: Managing and pricing project variations to ensure profitability.
  • Pre and Post Contract Review: Overseeing the review and analysis of contract terms to guarantee compliance and accurate financial forecasting.
  • Site Liaison: Engaging with the site team to monitor progress and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
  • Schedule Compliance: Ensuring that the project adheres to its timeline, addressing any delays or budget overruns.
  • Use of Software: Efficiently using quantity surveying software and project management tools for budgeting, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying.
  • Data Centre experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in industrial projects will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical aspects, including their integration in large-scale projects.
  • Ability to liaise with site teams and manage financial processes from pre-contract to post-contract phases.
