Access Talent Group are recruiting for a medium sized UK design consultancy for an office in Solihull. Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience in consultancy multidisciplinary delivery. Their team works on a spectrum of Structures, Civil, MEP and packages incorporating multidisciplinary teams. This Project Manager will be working on schemes from Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Transport infrastructure projects across West Midlands and nationally.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects
- Building relationships with clients
- Development of project documentation and reporting
- Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
- Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
- Conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on contractor’s progress on site
- Supporting the team in developing new business opportunities
- Supporting the team managing existing client relationships
- Attending, chairing and recording meetings as appropriate
- Developing skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client
You must have:
- Experience using Microsoft Office software and ideally Microsoft Project
- Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
- Experience of delivering presentations
- Excellent communication skills to work with Senior professionals
- Experience in report writing
