Access Talent Group is currently working with a well-established Civil & Structural Consultancy with several offices across the UK. They are looking to bring on a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer into their head office, local to Reading. This is an opportunity to step into a new office and develop as the company does.
You will be responsible for producing the designs as well as growing a team around yourself; it is a chance to step up in your career. In this role, you will be able to work on a constant variety of projects with an expanding pipeline. Projects will include multi-story hotels to schools and colleges. This is an opportunity for you to step up and take the lead on all of these projects as well as begin building a team around yourself and be the lead in the ‘drawing room’.
You will have an opportunity to collaborate with the other offices and work on projects all over the country which will be sure to keep you busy on a daily basis.
To be considered for this role:
- Be an experienced Structural engineer Chartered with ICE or IStructE
- Full right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
- Ability to work independently and to tight timescales
- Live a commutable distance to the office
Not only will you be offered a market leading salary, you will also receive a yearly bonus, which for the last 5 years has been 5% of the salary you are on. You will have the chance to participate in any course you feel will benefit yourself and the company, fully expensed. Their London office is in a central location and operate on a hybrid basis.
