We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Construction Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects within the Scottish Water frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, pre-construction planning, and stakeholder management, coupled with a deep understanding of water infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Development: Lead the pre-construction phase of Scottish Water projects, including feasibility studies, early contractor involvement (ECI), and technical design reviews.
