Highways Engineer

Access Talent Group are recruiting for an independent multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, who work both in the UK and internationally. They are looking to bring in a Highways Engineer to join their growing highways and Civil team. You will be involved in a wide variety of existing and new projects working across a number of sectors, an opportunity to work focused on innovation and client delivery. Minimum Requirements: Competent in using AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D Understanding of hydraulic design in relation to storm and foul water drainage network design Understanding of highway design principles Appreciation of flood risks and sustainable drainage principles Ability to write technical reports Ability to communicate clearly and presenting technical information Aptitude to develop technical skills and further learning Understanding of Health & Safety and environmental procedures Job Responsibilities: Working within a team environment Mentoring and coaching talent Supporting Group Director and Regional Director to achieve budget and strategy targets Working closely with business managers on resource management, utilisation monitoring, and pipeline management Developing business and project management and technical delivery of highway schemes and infrastructure projects Salary : £40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum Sector : Transport Infrastructure, Civil & Structural Engineering Contract Type : Permanent Town/City : Yorkshire #J-18808-Ljbffr
