Access Talent Group are currently working with a well-established medium sized Civil Structural design consultancy. They are looking to bring on a Graduate Structural Engineer to their team based in North East London. This is an opportunity for you to come into a very technically sound design team and help your own personal development and get yourself Chartered as soon as possible.
In this role you will have a packed pipeline which will include NHS contracts, insurance work, bespoke residential projects with other kinds of work in their locker such as Student Accommodations up to 20 floors. You will also have the opportunity to progress through the company very quickly with sessions each week dedicated to your own technical enhancement. Team sizes will all vary depending on the size of the project, however the smaller ones you will be able to run yourself, enhancing your own personal development.
To be considered for this role:
- Be an experienced Graduate Structural Engineer with a minimum of a yearsβ experience
- Project experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial is desirable
- Able to design with Steel, Reinforced Concrete and Timber
- Full right to live and work in the UK
Not only will you be offered a market leading salary, you will also receive a yearly bonus, which for the last 5 years has been 5% of the salary you are on. You will have the chance to participate in any course you feel will benefit yourself and the company, fully expensed. Their Leeds office is in a central location and operate on a hybrid basis.
