Our client, a dynamic design consultancy with a strong reputation across the UK and Ireland, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their talented team in Banbridge. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality electrical designs for diverse retail and commercial projects, driving innovation and sustainable solutions.
As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take charge of the electrical design process from concept to completion for various retail and commercial projects. You’ll ensure that all designs are completed to the highest industry standards, adhere to regulatory requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with other engineering teams, architects, and clients to develop seamless, integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with a strong background in electrical system design for retail and commercial projects
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design tools
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations within the UK and Ireland
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards
- Strong communication and project management skills
