A leading Tier 1 contractor with a strong staff retention rate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee care home and school projects across live sites. This role involves managing demolition, cut & carve, steel frame, and full build developments while ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction to handover
- Oversee live sites, ensuring minimal disruption and strict compliance with health & safety regulations
- Lead and manage subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders
- Ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are met
- Manage design coordination, risk management, and change control
