In this role as AD, your work will be cut out growing an already vibrant team into a stronger more established environment. The ideal candidate will have a Geotechnical or Geology background, in either design, ground investigation or both, to ensure you can act as a beacon of knowledge for more junior staff members, but also build on that experience to develop new business for our client. Our client is keen to attract the right person who has a track record of growing teams and developing business – you will have full P&L responsibility, autonomous control of hiring and team growth, and a strong influence on business decision across the current three, soon to be five, offices around the UK.
