Access Talent Group are recruiting for a multi-disciplinary consultancy working in partnership with National Highways and Local Authority clients across the region. The role is for a Senior/Principal Highways Engineer.
Working hours: BST 8:00–18:00 (Mon/Thu) and 8:00–16:00 (Fri).
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of designs and specifications in accordance with Design Manual Roads Bridges (DMRB)
- Development of designs using MX, Civil3D and AutoCAD
- Management of graduate engineers and technicians to deliver work packages with scope to move up to managing smaller schemes
- Client liaison as necessary to deliver the schemes/projects
- Production of technical reports as required
Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Highways design experience in accordance with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB)
- A passion for design and developing innovative solutions
