Access Talent Group is collaborating with a globally renowned design consultancy seeking a CAD Technician specialising in Residential, Commercial, and International projects to join their expanding team in Limerick.
Our client is an industry leader in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions. They specialise in residential and commercial, providing high-quality civil engineering support for modern developments. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient built environments.
In this role you would be required to assist in the design and development of residential and commercial infrastructure, including site layouts, drainage, and utilities, prepare technical drawings, planning applications, tender documentation, and construction packages and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience working on residential, commercial projects within the Irish or UK market.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions in Ireland.
- Familiarity with Eurocodes, Irish design standards, and relevant engineering software (desirable).
