Access has partnered with a budding new consultancy with offices across the UK, looking for an Ecologist to join their growing team. The practice is known to work on a range of projects from neighborhoods, parks, and city master plans. Due to the constant winning of projects, they are looking to expand the teams even further.

You should have strong BNG skills as well as the ability to provide leadership and mentoring to others within the team. Candidates will also be able to assist in the preparation for bid proposals and be willing to support business development.

To be successful in this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality ecological work and help grow the team through leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities
