We are looking for an experienced sales account manager or someone with transferrable skills who can apply end‑to‑end sales techniques over the phone. They should understand the importance of owning a structured and continuous pipeline, be confident in utilising a variety of IT packages, and be able to use a diverse range of sources to enhance lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Act as the main contact for your client base, giving outstanding customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Use effective sales strategies to hit and exceed KPIs.
- Work with the existing sales team to generate cross‑lociational sales.
- Work with the marketing department to create and deliver solutions to generate/promote sales.
