The Department – Programme Management Office: The Programme Management Office enables the successful delivery of client projects by supporting consultant teams throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle. Our team is pivotal in ensuring the effective pricing, resourcing, and delivery of complex consultancy projects on a national, regional, and global scale.

What you'll do:

  • Support the delivery of major and complex, multi-year policy, technical advisory, and compliance projects.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of quality client solutions.
  • Manage resources, budget, scope, and change effectively and at pace.
  • Manage the contract review, pricing, and onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide detailed reporting and support to Engagement and Account Managers.
  • Draft clear communications and content on short timelines.

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience working within a project management or PMO team, ideally within professional services, consulting, technology, or similar environment.
  • Experience planning and managing project resources from estimates to detailed plans in a billable hours environment.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English with experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • An understanding of project and commercial risks.
