The Role
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented student or recent graduate to join our team for a paid summer internship across our digital and consulting teams. Responsibilities range from live client projects, hands-on experience of secondary research, leading thought leadership pieces and delivering your own case-study project. Interns joining our Digital Solutions team will work mainly with our Client Success team, helping clients get the most from our digital platforms through onboarding support, user training and gathering feedback to share with our product colleagues.
The internship will run for 6 weeks, over summer (exact dates TBC), including an onboarding and training week. Applications for the role will close on Monday 30th November 2026.

What we are looking for
- Values: Someone who embodies our company values in everything they do – setting the tone for quality, accountability, proactivity, communication and teamwork, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Educational Background: Final-year undergraduate or master’s student, or a recent graduate, in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, biomedical sciences or a related field.
- Interest in Market Access: A genuine interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical market access.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills and excellent spoken English.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and care in your work.
- Analytical Mindset: An analytical, research-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Digital fluency: A willingness to embrace new technologies to support efficiency of work and enhance project deliverables, while ensuring AI and LLM tools are used sensibly and their outputs are validated.
- Right to Work: The right to work in the UK for the full internship period.
Ideal:
- Health Systems Interest: Prior exposure / interest in healthcare systems, ideally in the EU4 (France, Germany, Italy and Spain) and UK markets.
- Research Experience: Experience of desk or secondary research.
- Software Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Technical Aptitude (Digital team): Comfortable picking up new software platforms quickly; familiarity with data tools or basic programming (e.g. SQL or Python) is a plus but not required.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Evidence of teamwork or leadership, for example through university societies, part-time work or extracurricular activities.
