As an Apprenticeship Industry Trainer (Creative Industries), you will deliver high-quality, industry-relevant education across the Creative Industries Production Technician, Event Coordinator and Cultural Learning & Participation Officer apprenticeship standards. Delivery will be predominantly online, supported by workshops, masterclasses and employer engagement.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring strong attendance, progress, achievement and timely progression to End Point Assessment (EPA). You will contribute to quality improvement, curriculum development and employer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with funding and inspection requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and continuously improve an outstanding apprenticeship curriculum.
  • Manage apprentice attendance, progress, retention and achievement.
  • Coordinate training delivery aligned to individual learning plans.
  • Ensure apprentices complete their required off-the-job training hours.
  • Prepare learners effectively for End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Implement timely interventions where risks to progress or retention arise.
  • Track learner progress using internal systems and the VLE.
  • Work collaboratively with industry coaches, Maths & English and ALS teams.
  • Engage employers to ensure workplace learning aligns with apprenticeship standards.
  • Maintain compliance with ESFA funding rules, Ofsted EIF and organisational quality standards.
  • Contribute to self-assessment, deep dives and quality improvement planning.
  • Promote safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Represent the organisation professionally with stakeholders and partners.
