Overview
Access Healthcare is recruiting Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our team across Northern Ireland. This is an opportunity to enjoy flexible shifts, competitive pay, and support from one of Ireland’s leading healthcare recruitment agencies.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, hygiene, and daily living support
- Assisting with mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing
- Observing and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all service users
- Following infection control and safeguarding policies

What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience (hospital, nursing home, or community care)

- Willingness to complete Access NI and mandatory training
- Must have right to work in the UK — We do not provide Certificate of Sponsorship
