We are looking for an experienced and motivated Repair Engineer at our Croydon branch. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for repairing garage doors and associated products mainly at residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and wants to join a stable, well-established and growing company.

The Role / Responsibilities:
  • Repairing garage doors and associated products
  • Diagnosing faults and identifying suitable repair solutions
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and adjustments
  • Completing relevant paperwork and job records
  • Maintaining company vehicle, tools and equipment
  • Providing assistance to the installation team as required
  • This is a hands-on role and will involve manual handling and heavy lifting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Practical manual skills and problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work alone or part of a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated approach
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
