We are looking for an experienced and motivated Installer/Repair Engineer at our New Malden branch.
This is a varied, hands‑on role where you will be responsible for installing and repairing garage doors and associated products mainly at residential properties.

Responsibilities
- Installing garage doors and associated products
- Repairing garage doors and associated products
- Diagnosing faults and identifying suitable repair solutions
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and adjustments
- Providing excellent customer service on‑site
- Completing relevant paperwork and job records
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools and equipment
- Providing assistance to the installation team as required
Qualifications
- Practical manual skills and problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and self‑motivated approach
- Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting ability
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
Desirable Experience
- Experience within garage doors, construction, builders' merchants, home improvements or trade‑related industries
- Experience in servicing, maintenance or repair work
- Experience working in customers' homes
- Mechanical or engineering experience
