Role Overview
The successful candidate will be a Branch Manager for Access Garage Doors, overseeing the planning, coordination, and operation of the Watford branch. Responsibilities include managing a team of four staff, handling enquiries and sales, responding to emails, processing orders, and scheduling installations. This is a “hands‑on” role that requires lifting garage doors and familiarizing with all products.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 4 staff.
- Handling enquiries and sales of garage doors and related products.
- Responding to emails.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from the general public, work colleagues, and suppliers.
- Handling face‑to‑face customer interactions.
- Performing some heavy lifting.
- Checking condition and quantities of all delivered goods against delivery notes.
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Sales skills.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Clean driving licence – a maximum of 3 points is acceptable.

Hours – Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm plus Saturday 9.00 – 12.30pm on a rota basis.
