The Role

As Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring language projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to the highest standard.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate our network of professional linguists, and help identify opportunities to expand our relationships with customers.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, project coordination, administration, sales support and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
  • Manage projects from quotation through to successful completion.
  • Keep clients informed throughout each project.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional language services.
  • Project Coordination
  • Allocate projects to suitable translators, interpreters and other language professionals.
  • Manage projects using our project management system.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Ensure all deadlines are achieved.
  • Administration & Finance
  • Create and issue client invoices.
  • Chase outstanding invoices and maintain positive client relationships while doing so.
  • Process supplier invoices and upload them into our accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Ensure all project information is kept up to date and confidential.
  • Business Support
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and suppliers.
  • Support the Director in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the business.
  • Contribute ideas to help develop client relationships and grow existing accounts.
