Senior Marketing & CRM Officer in Manchester

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Senior Marketing & CRM Officer to join the Marketing team at Access Creative College.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn great ideas, compelling content and customer data into marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive student recruitment.

You’ll work across digital marketing, CRM, email, content and campaign delivery, helping prospects move through the recruitment journey,from first interaction to enrolment.
What you’ll be doing

• Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support student recruitment.
• Create engaging, persuasive copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Build and optimise CRM campaigns, email activity and automated nurture journeys.
• Use data and insights to understand performance, improve conversion and maximise ROI.
• Analyse campaign performance across CRM, Google Analytics and social platforms.
• Work closely with admissions, student recruitment, academics, campus teams and Group Marketing.
• Collaborate with designers to create stand-out digital, print and video content.
• Champion effective use of AI and emerging marketing technology.
• Support open days, outreach activity and recruitment events across our UK campuses.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident, commercially minded marketer with excellent copywriting skills and a passion for delivering results. You’ll bring hands-on experience in campaign delivery, CRM and email marketing, with the ability to turn data and insights into effective action. A natural collaborator, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, juggling priorities and making things happen.
You’ll also bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• A creative, audience-focused approach
• Confidence working with data and performance metrics
• Experience with CRM and email marketing, HubSpot experience is a bonus
• A proactive, collaborative and can-do attitude
