Responsibilities
- Generate, call and book appointments with prospects.
- Fact-finds with prospects to determine their circumstances
- Offer suitable protection plans aligned with customer\\\’s needs
- Communicate effectively face-to-face, over phone and email
- Handle relevant queries and respond to them promptly
- Work effectively to meet KPIs and drive business sales
- Ensure in-depth understanding of various types of policies and protection plans
