Location: Based at our Manchester Central Office, this is a hybrid role supporting Access Education Group across its 4 divisions (including Access Creative College, dBs Institute, Access Industry and Access Sport).
Contract: Permanent
Package: £40,000- £45,000 and benefits package
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required to meet the needs of the role).
Overall Role: The Recruitment & Onboarding Manager holds overall accountability for compliant, seamless, and timely delivery of resourcing and onboarding across Access Education Group (AEG). The role provides senior leadership and assurance, acting as the strategic partner to all AEG divisions to meet their unique recruitment needs while remaining highly data-driven and focused on operational excellence. This role requires a unique blend of strategic design and hands-on execution. The postholder will be responsible for building and scaling robust onboarding processes, ensuring iron-clad Safer Recruitment compliance, overseeing day-to-day recruitment administration, and tracking success through clear KPIs.

We are part of Access Education Group which boasts 32 campuses nationwide with over 5,000 students & apprentices across ACC, dBs Institute (Higher Education) & Access Sport.
