Access Creative College is a Further Education network of campuses across 7 cities in England, delivering Computing, Games, Media, and Music to 16‑18 year olds, with a small number of adult learners studying Access to HE.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of campus delivery
- Drive performance and continuous improvement in teaching, recruitment, and student experience
- Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Build strategic relationships with local communities, industry partners, and cultural organisations
- Ensure strong financial oversight and efficient resource management
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment aligned with ACC’s values
- Represent ACC publicly and professionally, advocating for the campus and the wider organisation
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Further Education or a similar setting
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- The ability to develop people and drive high-performance cultures
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A strategic, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for education and youth development
- A background in creative education is desirable but not essential.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
