The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

This role is pivotal in ensuring, through effective leadership and management, that students studying within the curriculum areas have a high-quality learning experience. This role will also be responsible for the effective budgeting and line management of campus support staff. The position will work alongside the Management Team to ensure that the students receive high-quality learner experiences whilst driving the campus goals and targets specifically in relation to student outcomes.

The role will also play a major part in supporting and enhancing the learner experience through developing links with industry, employers and external stakeholders and being an ambassador for Access Creative College in the region. You will be primarily managing creative provision in music; therefore, a background in this area and a passion for creative education is highly desirable.
