Overview: The Recruitment & Onboarding Manager holds overall accountability for compliant, seamless, and timely delivery of resourcing and onboarding across Access Education Group (AEG). This role provides senior leadership and assurance, acting as the strategic partner to all AEG divisions to meet their unique recruitment needs while remaining highly data-driven and focused on operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale robust onboarding processes.
- Ensure Safer Recruitment compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment administration.
- Track success through clear KPIs.
- Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Provide senior leadership and assurance to all divisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
- Strong data-driven approach and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple divisions.
- Relevant DBS clearance (Enhanced DBS required).
