HSW Group is made up of several growing divisions, including: HSW Hire and Sales, HSW Waste, and HSW Scaffolding. We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in customer service, sales support, and business development within a fast-growing group of companies.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business by engaging with customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales process across all divisions of the HSW Group. You will receive ongoing support and mentoring from the company directors throughout your apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound cold calls to potential customers
  • Generating new business leads and opportunities
  • Booking appointments for the sales team
  • Managing and updating the customer database
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Managing and organising your own diary and workload
  • Promoting and supporting all areas of the HSW Group
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident speaking with customers over the phone
  • Be organised and able to manage their own workload
  • Have basic computer and email skills
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Work well as part of a team

Training and Support

You will receive full support from the directors, including hands-on guidance and mentoring from both myself and Sean, helping you develop valuable skills and experience throughout your apprenticeship.
