We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Campus to lead our Manchester Campus. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and ensure an outstanding experience for students and staff alike.

You’ll be responsible for the campus’s overall success: operationally, academically, financially, and culturally. You’ll work closely with ACC’s central leadership to ensure Manchester remains a benchmark of excellence within our network of campuses.

About Us

Access Creative College is a Further Education network of campuses across 7 cities in England, delivering Computing, Games, Media, and Music to 16‑18 year olds, with a small number of adult learners studying Access to HE.
Part of Access Education Group, the UK’s largest independent training provider for 16‑18s, which boasts 32 campuses nationwide with over 5,000 students & apprentices across Access Creative College, Access Industry, Access Sport, and dBs Institute (Higher Education).

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of campus delivery
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement in teaching, recruitment, and student experience
  • Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture
  • Build strategic relationships with local communities, industry partners, and cultural organisations
  • Ensure strong financial oversight and efficient resource management
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment aligned with ACC’s values
  • Represent ACC publicly and professionally, advocating for the campus and the wider organisation

What You Bring

We’re seeking a credible and inspiring leader with:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Further Education or a similar setting
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • The ability to develop people and drive high-performance cultures
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A strategic, forward‑thinking mindset and a passion for education and youth development

A background in creative education is desirable but not essential. A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
