The Role
Have you got what it takes to lead, inspire, support and mentor teaching staff culminating in an outstanding learner experience in our campus? Are you passionate about pedagogy and do you maintain excellent teaching practice that others could benefit from? If this sounds like something you would be interested in, we have an exciting Advanced Teaching Practitioner (ATP) position based in our vibrant, 600 student Norwich campus, a hub for creative courses in music, games, media and computing.

The ATP will be responsible for implementing key quality improvement processes, collating accurate data and reporting, and making sound judgments to drive a culture of continuous improvement. In aid of this, the ATP will build strong working relationships with teaching staff to support, but also challenge them to improve their teaching, learning and assessment practice, as ACC embarks on the road to Outstanding.
We would be open to applicants interested in either full or part-time.
The ATP is a shared, fractional role at 0.4 (15 hours), with an additional 0.4 Music specialist teaching role, but for the right applicant, it may be up to full-time with 0.6 of their role as a Lecturer.
