I am recruiting for a Project Support Officer to be based in Norwich. The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You will provide administrative support including but not limited to:

  • Preparation of meeting papers (agenda/minutes)
  • Providing supporting papers
  • Taking follow-up actions or chasing action owners
  • Booking rooms/venues

You will also complete project tasks such as:

  • Maintenance and management of project documentation, such as risks and issues
  • Project templates and standards

You will need to attend various meetings with senior stakeholders as required by the Manager.

You must have strong experience of administration within an office environment and a good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
