I am recruiting for a PMO Manager to be based full time on site in London. This role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
Candidates must have Banking & Financial Services experience. As the PMO Manager you will lead the mobilisation, coordination, and governance of a major transformation programme. The role is responsible for establishing and operating a structured programme management office, ensuring delivery discipline, effective governance, and alignment across multiple business and functional stakeholders.
You must have proven experience managing PMOs within complex, multi entity or regulated environments. You must also have a strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management, and organisational controls. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to design and implement operating models, governance structures, and programme processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.
