You’ll support Tangata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required.

  • Comprehensive paid training to set you up for success
  • Flexible hours — We’ll do our best to align your schedule with the needs of the people we support
  • Weekend shifts available (+$1.00 extra per hour)
  • Hours include 7am-12pm and 4pm-8pm Monday - Sunday
  • Paid travel time and mileage — When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly, including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.

  • Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two‑four weeks of employment and includes:
