Looking for a role that works around your life? We may be able to accommodate your availability based on the care needs in our community. You'll support Tangata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required.

  • Comprehensive paid training to set you up for success
  • Flexible hours — we’ll do our best to align your schedule with the needs of the people we support
  • Weekend shifts available (+$1.00 extra per hour)
  • Paid travel time and mileage — when you travel for work, you’re compensated fairly, including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.

Training and Development

  • Paid training. Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes:
  • Practical training
  • Online self-directed learning
  • Working alongside a buddy trainer
