Central London’s rapidly growing Japanese restaurant chain is now recruiting sociable, customer-focused and passionate Restaurant Supervisors to support and assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in running the restaurant, managing the team and ensuring a high level of customer service across all their sites.
Able to notice points in need of improvement and implement change and corrective measures through strategic planning, systemization, and review of results (and implementing further measures if necessary).
- Time Management: timely preparation and production, as well as serving dishes to customers accordingly, also schedule management and implementation of the House Rule.
- Product Management: by understanding and being able to execute the kitchen tasks at both noodle and appetizer sections, ensuring correct product delivery. Understanding their style and expressing it through serving the products (such as presentation of the dish, timing to serve, creating lively atmosphere, behaviour for the audience). Control of the soup and noodle conditions/qualities also instructing how-to to others.
- Inventory Management: efficient management of the inventory including its cost, timing, quality and stock level.
- Human Resources Management: Oversee the entire flow from recruitment, supporting, training, monitoring to discharge/retention. Understanding and exemplifying of the company spirit and hospitality. Offering advice on promotion/demotion.
- HR management: hiring, training, monitoring and evaluation and schedule/shift management (No. of staff per hour and line-schedule control).
- Quality management: of ingredients/products and cost control. Understanding and management of ingredients and drinks.
- Store equipment and supply management.
- Effective reporting: to and discussion with line managers and relevant departments.
