Job Description
We’re currently recruiting a Japanese speaking IT and Network Integration Coordinator.
The company is a ICT solution provider to support businesses globally, with a Head quarter in Japan.

Summary of the role:
IT & Security Administration – Ensure the reliable and secure operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, while leveraging IT and AI solutions to improve and streamline internal operations.
Network Integration Coordination – Coordinate communication and requirements between the Japanese headquarters and partner vendors to deliver successful customer network integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
IT and Security Administrator
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including cloud-based infrastructure, corporate website services, and user devices.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Administer user accounts, access controls, and permissions.
- Monitor network performance and review security logs.
- Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect against threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT security standards and internal policies.
- Support security audit requests from the Japanese headquarters and provide timely responses.
- Support the operation and maintenance of the company website hosted on an IaaS platform and assist with migration to an external service provider when required.
- Manage endpoint and mobile device administration (e.g., Microsoft Intune), including device enrolment, policy configuration, and compliance monitoring.
Network Integration Coordinator
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Japanese headquarters and partner vendors.
- Translate and communicate network requirements to vendors, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
- Review and confirm vendor estimates; manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Present vendor estimates to the Japanese headquarters and issue invoices as required.
- Coordinate the resolution of any issues or delays during project execution.
- Review technical documents—such as requirement specifications, network diagrams, and progress reports—for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by the managers. This job description outlines the general ways in which it is expected you will meet the overall requirements of this post. Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in IT operations, networking, or security-related roles.
- Proficiency in Japanese (native level) and English (business level), with the ability to communicate effectively with both Japanese and international stakeholders.
- Basic IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCENT, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) with demonstrable hands-on experience, or equivalent knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills for Windows PCs, iPhones, and basic network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., IaaS platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud) and operating system administration (preferably Linux) sufficient to support and maintain a corporate website.
- Experience in coordinating with partner companies or vendors, including communicating requirements, reviewing estimates, and managing purchase orders.
- Relevant certifications are advantage such as CompTIA Security+/Network+, CCNA, CEH, AWS solutions architect, Azure administrator Associate
- Knowledge of IT audits or compliance (such as GDPR, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) is beneficial
- Project management experience is preferred
