Job Description

Excellent opportunity as a Market Development Intelligence at a well-established premium brand.

The job holder is to be responsible to gather, analyze, and interpret market data to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth, reporting to Sales Director / Administrative Director General manager and CBO.

Job descriptions:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Travel and monitor the demands of online/offline stores in EMEA, responsible for VMD (including Sales propmotion related tools) that is aligning with Global HQ direction.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and provide insights on competitors’ strategies and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, and sales initiatives in order to avoid missing sales opportunity due the lack of inventories.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets.
  • Support the development of strategic plans and business cases.
  • Develop the merchandise planning process for offline /online commerse.
  • Establish assortment guidelines by product and store
  • Improve demand forecasting and order accuracy, and develop relevant systems
  • If necessary, performs other work when asked.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years knowledge of product management or merchandising in FMCG industry.
  • Experiences of Visual Merchandising Design in premium lifestyle industry.
  • Good understanding of the premium lifestyle industry.
  • Sense of trend and development in the premium/luxury lifestyle industry.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Strong presentational skills and analytical skills to analyze sales data and draw conclusions.
  • Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office at advanced level
  • Willing to travel
  • Good sense of intercultural differences, team player, good communicator.

Conditions:

  • Salary – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Location – London
