Excellent opportunity at a well-established premium brand. The job holder is responsible for reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the EMEA Chief Brand Officer and Sales Director to build and execute plans that align with long-term brand strategies to help drive growth.
This role requires an experienced marketer who is highly digitally-minded and has executed integrated brand awareness campaigns across various marketing channels to drive awareness and revenue in both Retail/Digital and Indirect Channels. The job holder will also be responsible for Public Relations, Influencer relationships, Social Media, and Advertising, and plays a key role in managing and evaluating external agencies. This role is expected to travel 15% (including internationally).
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day responsibilities and activations of all Marketing Programs, including relationships with influencers, celebrities, brand ambassadors, and external agencies.
- Drive cross-functional plans for all consumer marketing functions, such as social media, PR, and creative planning to maximise Global Marketing assets and programming.
- Collaborate with the Retail and Ecommerce units to create unique programming that connects with consumers and drives brand awareness in EMEA specifically but also globally.
- Drive the connection between Global Marketing assets and commercial product launches in EMEA while working collaboratively with the Global Marketing team.
- Create strategic and growth plans for indirect channels, executing marketing programs with wholesale key accounts.
- Oversee the budget for EMEA Marketing activation.
- Partner with external agencies to set communication strategies and develop advertising platforms/executions that maximise business results.
- Participate in cross-functional teams that may include Sales, Finance, and Merchandising to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals, and strategies.
- Assist with tracking and management of brand business performance. Analyse and report market and competitor trends to identify core business threats/opportunities, working with division and market sales teams.
- Analyse and report key marketing metrics to strengthen marketing plans/activities for the future.
- Establish reporting systems and prepare monthly marketing activities packages to be shared with Global HQ.
Requirements:
- 10 years+ of relevant marketing experience in the European fashion industry (Premium/Start-up/upcoming brands preferred).
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strong strategic skills.
- Solid experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning and brand building activities.
- Ability to turn insights into marketing actions and recommendations.
- Results-oriented, organised, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Digital-first thinking with a deep understanding of overarching media and digital platforms and campaigns.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with passion and energy to advocate for the brand internally and externally.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, motivations, and insights to drive solutions.
- Resiliency to deal with ambiguity and lead through change.
- Strong writing skills.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.

- Salary - £70-80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
