A leading Japanese Financial Company in the City is looking for a Japanese speaking accounts assistant.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchase invoices including coding.
- Processing bank loan related transaction.
- Processing cash management transfer and Bank Reconciliation.
- Processing expense claim.
- Responsible for credit card payments ensuring all evidence is provided.
- Process intercompany loan. (Distribute monthly schedule of loan, issue the credit advice, follow up interest payment.)
- Administration of contract (filing and gathering figures) and follow internal approval procedure.
- General assistance in the finance team and ad hoc duties as required
