A new Omakase style Japanese restaurant opening in Mayfair is looking for a Japanese Speaking Front of House Manager and Assistant Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Setting up and closing down the restaurant
  • Ordering drink and non consumable stock – Store equipment and supply management
  • Dealing with all customer booking requests
  • Helping the chefs during service time with drinks service
  • Understanding and management of ingredients and drinks
  • Managing a staff of 1 or 2 others (hiring, training, monitoring and evaluation) and schedule/shift management (No. of staff per hour and line-schedule control)
  • Reporting directly to chef and operations manager

Salary & location

Central London | £35K (Basic salary £30K + Incentive)
