A new Omakase style Japanese restaurant opening in Mayfair is looking for a Japanese Speaking Front of House Manager and Assistant Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Setting up and closing down the restaurant
- Ordering drink and non consumable stock – Store equipment and supply management
- Dealing with all customer booking requests
- Helping the chefs during service time with drinks service
- Understanding and management of ingredients and drinks
- Managing a staff of 1 or 2 others (hiring, training, monitoring and evaluation) and schedule/shift management (No. of staff per hour and line-schedule control)
- Reporting directly to chef and operations manager
