The job holder is to be willing to develop the team and support the expansion of the brand and to manage a team in order to achieve their goal.

Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of the brand history and heritage.
  2. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and always put the customers at ease addressing complaints and inquiries.
  3. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide shopping advice and recommendations to customers offering alternatives and add-ons.
  4. Develop thorough product knowledge and know how to display it in store.
  5. Delivery planning: plan and organize the delivery of new and replenishment items.
  6. Proactively identify areas of opportunity to guarantee that all store operations run efficiently.
  7. Allocate resources to every task according to the actual needs through strong scheduling management.
  8. Anticipate the needs and organization of shop floor and stockroom based on forecast and trends (Sale, School holidays, bank holidays, etc).
  9. Develop the team by ensuring that all associates are properly trained on store operations and standard procedures (Front and back, including Cash Desk).
  10. Monitor store KPIs in all aspects related to People, Process, Product, and sales.
  11. Manage and maintain the capacity of the stockroom, ensuring the quality and care of the garments are protected.
  12. Ensure Back of House organization, cleanliness, and tidiness of the working areas and devices.
  13. Coordinate the replenishment of the store, responding to store requests for sizes and/or products and having direct communication with the Merchandising and logistics team.
  14. Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee stockroom efficiency. Ensure correct procedures are applied: Seeding, Transfers, etc.
  15. Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business and lead by example.
  16. Develop knowledge of the performance of the store and share it with the team.
  17. Process basic till operations and ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
  18. Know and apply all internal procedures to control shrinkage and supervise inventories.
  19. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative, proposing effective solutions in a respectful and constructive manner. Respect the opinion of others and promote the company’s principles of diversity and inclusion.
  20. Support other managers with daily planning, making sure all store tasks are completed.
  21. Guarantee the successful welcoming of new starters and follow up on their training.
  22. Support the managers in team meetings and employee development and promote the motivation and engagement of all team members.
  23. Ensure company grooming and uniform standards and policies are followed.
  24. Guarantee staff wellbeing, the implementation of best safe work practices, and compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Solid experience as a Store Manager/Assistant Manager at a high street brand.
  2. Strong team spirit.
  3. Goal-oriented.
  4. Leadership skills and able to influence others.
  5. Deep passion for Fashion.
  6. Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
  7. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask.
  8. Working knowledge of relevant POS software and retail equipment.
  9. Good mathematical skills.
  10. Sales and persuasive skills.
  11. Customer service and good interpersonal skills.
  12. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
  13. Problem-solving skills.

Conditions:
