What We’re Looking For
- CIPP Foundation
- Overseeing the day-to-day payroll operations for a portfolio of clients.
- Ensuring weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls are processed effectively.
- Using data to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to payroll processing.
- Identifying opportunities for Payroll services and promoting them with both colleagues and clients, linking in with carrying out business development initiatives for existing and new clients.
- Developing relationships with intermediaries and other relevant external parties is crucial in this role.
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and providing updates to clients and colleagues.
- Supporting junior team members whilst delegating and reviewing their work, highlighting and providing feedback on areas for improvement in a constructive manner.
- General management of the team including people management, appraisals, billing etc.
