We’re looking for a talented Banking and Finance Director who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Responsibilities include:
- Acquisition of new business from MHA offices within your designated area, and generating your own introductions from a range of introducers.
- Managing the transition of each prospect to a client, ensuring that the facilities are running smoothly.
- Mediating on the clients' behalf with the funders where necessary.
- Explaining clearly to MHA staff what funding options are available to their clients.
- Presenting to MHA Partners, networking events, and seminars to build the MHA Financial Solutions Limited (MHAFS) brand.
- Liaising with the Directors on an ongoing basis to provide input into the future direction and growth of the Company.
What We’re Looking For
- Able to quickly gain a clear understanding of a prospect's business and their funding needs.
- Ability to understand and identify the funding solutions available in the market.
- Be able to present suitable solutions and the benefits of each to the prospect.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on debt structures.
- Collate information from the client and package it for the lender(s).
- Liaise between prospect and funder to ensure that each transaction is completed smoothly and in the appropriate time scales.
