We are looking for a Corporate Tax Director to play a key leadership role in the continued growth of our Corporate Tax practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is aiming to progress to Partner level within the next few years, with a clearly defined pathway in place.
This role is predominantly advisory-led, with a strong focus on managing complex projects, leading client relationships, and driving the development of the firm's Corporate Tax offering.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver complex corporate tax advisory projects across a broad client base, including OMBs, large corporates, and international groups
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, building long-term client relationships and providing commercially focused tax solutions
- Take ownership of significant tax projects, managing scope, risk, budgets, and delivery
- Drive business development through networking, client engagement, and identifying new advisory opportunities
- Play a key role in shaping the strategy and growth of the Corporate Tax service line
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a strong advisory-led culture
- Work closely with Partners and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
- A Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager ready to step into a Director role
- Strong advisory experience with the confidence to lead complex projects and client relationships
- A commercially minded individual with a proven interest in business development
- CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- An ambitious, people-focused leader with a clear desire to progress to Partner
- Agile working with core hours (10am–2pm) and hybrid working
