Your role in Business Admin will be far more than policies and procedures; it’s about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.

  • Providing exceptional Business Administration support to our clients and colleagues in a professional and innovative environment.
  • Providing exceptional administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail.
  • Completing tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA’s and dealing with urgent matters as they arise.
  • Keeping online databases up to date.
  • Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person or via email.
  • Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firms’ standards.
  • Using online PDF editors to prepare documents for use on our online e-signing software.
  • Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance.
  • Producing and maintaining firmwide templates in line with the firm’s branding and style guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports.
  • Ad hoc assistance to team members as required; no two days are ever the same.
  • Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices as required.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, linking with wider service line efficiency projects.
  • Sharing best practice and tips to help others work more efficiently, making best use of technology and resources available.
  • Providing contingency cover across the Northwest region when necessary.
  • Complying and championing our firm’s values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills in all mediums, with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business.
  • Good understanding of MS.
