Role Overview
We are seeking a professional, process-driven Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed consultations. This role suits an individual who is comfortable working with structured systems, high lead volumes, and clear performance expectations. You will engage with prospective clients by phone, understand their needs, explain our services clearly, and guide them through the next steps using our CRM and dialler systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries
- Handle outbound calls
- Work exclusively from system-generated dialler task queues
- Conduct timely follow-up calls in line with defined schedules
- Record clear and accurate call notes and next actions for every interaction
- Maintain availability during working hours to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Progress leads through the sales process in accordance with internal procedures
- Meet monthly conversion and activity targets
- Adhere to compliance, reporting, and performance standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a sales, consultative sales, or call‑based role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong listening and communication skills
